Gutom at Malnutrisyon, sama-sama nating Wakasan

          Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables is important to our health because it has a vitamins that we need in our everyday lives for us to become healthy and strong.

          In our everyday lives, energy is on of the things we need for us to become strong and healthy to do our duties very energetic and faster. we must plant vegetable in our backyard for us to have some nutritious and healthy foods in our house and we can also make this vegetable as  our nutritious foods or snacks at home. For us to avoid malnutrition we must eat some healthy foods everyday like fruits,  and vegetables. Sometimes malnutrition is one of the problem of our country and that is because of poverty. We have many natural resources that we see in our surroundings but still we are experiencing poverty and that is one of the causes of starvation. To avoid malnutrition avoid eating junk foods, chocolates and other not nutritious foods. 

 
          In preventing starvation and malnutrition we must eat nutritious foods to become healthy and strong to avoid sickness. Do not eat foods that are not nutritious to prevent malnutrition and to avoid sickness and lets us all eat nutritious foods so that no one will be a malnourished kid.
